Start conversations from the contact link published on the official site. Be cautious if a new number messages you unexpectedly or asks you to move a payment elsewhere. When in doubt, stop and verify the request using a known official channel before sending money.
Never share security codes
Do not disclose passwords, one-time passcodes, banking PINs, card security codes or recovery codes to another person. Support staff should not need them to explain a process. Use a unique password and secure your phone and email account, since these can be used to reset other logins.
